Eligibility:
Open only to individuals who are 18 years old and over. Residents of U.S., China, Singapore are not permitted. Employees of CRYPTICS are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. It is considered illegal what is restricted by law. QRP Token purchase and adherence to all rules are necessary. The minimum purchase amount of tokens for each prize is different.

General Terms
Winners will be selected from entries received during the corresponding Giveaway Period. Each potential winner will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner’s entry within one (1) week after the drawing. The drawings will be conducted by CRYPTICS online. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, CRYPTICS may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Once notified, each winner will be required to provide CRYPTICS with a mailing address to which the prize can be sent. By providing such address, the winner agrees that CRYPTICS may share this address with third parties only when necessary to deliver the prize.

CRYPTICS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaways. CRYPTICS also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, CRYPTICS reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. As a condition of entry into the Giveaways, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to CRYPTICS all right, title and interest in, to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use, the Giveaways entrant’s name, city and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”)in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If Winner does not respond to notification, does not provide a mailing address to which the prize can be sent, or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
